Youre videos are fabulous, my husband is a very fit person ( navy diver) and I am not! lol Its not that my husband doesn’t encourage me to be the best I can be,but when it comes to fitness goals and methods he has difficulty teaching to my learning style, so we’re both thankful for your uploads!

Yes i did, they would eat chocolate, and chips and 100 other junk stuff and be really skinny!! and i was chubbier and i eated salads and carrot sticks and stuf!!

@IrishMW2 I have invisalign too – I still eat 5-7 times per day, but I eat very quickly and brush my teeth and braces immediately.

Is it fine to steam the vegetables instead of eating them raw?
People please get off if you’re only here to make fun or not taking this seriously as some others might. This guy in the end is guiding us to having a healthier body and ultimately a healthier lifestyle. All in all if you have nothing positive to say or meaningful questions (if your confused about certain things) get off and act like hooligans elsewhere.
