Wow, this is actually true, especially if you work out hard. I just got back into kickboxing and martial arts training, along with beefing up my weight training, and getting the right amount of rest helped me get some extra definition and lose a few inches on my gut. It’s also helped me wake? up better in the morning. I’m going to keep it up and see what happens.

I don’t get much sleep usually, but last night i slept for? for about 5 to six hours. i woke up and checked my weight, and it was 197.3. i remembered what mike said and went back to sleep. woke up 3 – 4 hrs later and was down to 196.4. Awesome!
