Views of bodyweight loss competitors?

Question on smelly :? Recommendations for weight loss competition
I had a few years ago, when I lost the weight of knowledge, and my fiance to start losing weight for 3 months and competition, working, and he really wants to win. Because these awards are awesome. Stands 180cm (and perhaps a little high), weight 98 kg. I feed him food and exercise and will be more effective? I know a lot of power is a good thing, but it felt OK, so he did not burn the work. Is any advice appreciated :) What do you think should be the needs of your daily calories
? This is for sure, I mean the power of fat-free Italian dressing, lettuce and cucumbers. He does not like some kind of vegetables, he still has a cleft palate 10 years. Five hours inside a fast food restaurant: the place in which we live, and we very much, so I was eating, and will choose to work or from the cafeteria)
