Tips for fat loss and dieting …?

and I was 14, I finally stick to my diet plan, but do I, I need some skills in the best way to lose weight.
“diet plan” my almost:
– and the only one that can pop up every day and other
– fast food only once a week

and Snacks – fruit drinks, water and tea
– carefully carbohydrates [such as pizza, bread, and others.]
– not least 50-100 sit-ups every day or twice a day

Now I drink about 2 cans of pop on, almost every day eat fast food, and I really hope this is the 1/3 the size of the fall of next year, IM:
size: 5/7
weight :134-140-ISH
Length: 5’5 “

hoodie size:

I do not want to lose at least pounds 5-10,
in the summer and after that in the summer and will begin exersizing continue to eat more things like this and then will be targeted more loss of 10-15 pounds.
