@TheJerseygirl71 Great question – first, exercise within your own level, it will naturally improve. Second, use your results to determine if you are working out intensely enough and often enough. If you’re not getting results, increase the intensity or the frequency or both. Cheers!

I was wandering. Im 19 year old girl, 5″3, and sort of a begginer at working out everyday but i am determined to stick at it and build my way up. But does it make a difference if my workouts arent as intense as yours and i drink a gallon?

yo, so i was wondering, if i don’t have a gym, how many push ups and sit ups should i be doing a day if i wanted to lose around 65 pounds ASAP? i’d like sets the best, like if i had to do 500 a day each or w/e, i’d like to do like 50 each time ten times. but, im not the lightest dude even though im strong, so i could only do about 25 at a time. my coach tells me i should also be eating like 5 small meals a day. would u agree with that? also, what should be in the meals i eat? thx again 4 sharin!

@izzy232312 i usually drink a litre before school, litre during school, and 2 litres when i get home.. or you could just drink the majority of it when you get home (obviously not all at once)

First of all I’m in high school we can go to the lavatory once a day and twice if your a girl such as myself; I don’t think I could only go twice if a had to drink a gallon of water.

Just make sure you do not drink too much water, because your body can succumb to water poisoning.
@f1ak011 Actually water is very important for your body. I drink 3 glasses in morning to noon, and two glasses after workout which mean in night, plus I drink one gallon during the workout.
Gotta try this, the foods look great!
