I do curently heart and lung function and tone, and seven days a week, and have healthy eating habits. I started this program a week ago, my first week I 2 pounds lost! I just want to hear some of the story of losing wieght. Maybe there are things I can put my routine or diet routine for any help! Healty feeling good agian.
