The top five breakfast options for weight loss; it is really important that you focus on what is in the food as opposed to how many calories are in it. So what you want to look for for breakfast is that there is going to be protein in your breakfast. Some really good quick easy options for that is Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt is high in protein and that is what makes it different from all other yogurts. Other yogurts are the carbohydrate, and that is not going to help you with the weight loss. Low fat cottage cheese is another one. It is a great source of protein, again it is lower in fat, and lower in carbohydrates. Smoothies are a good option if you are doing it right. A lot of people use milk and fruit as their smoothie or a juice and a fruit, and it is lacking the protein. So you can make that smoothie just like you normally do, but add a scoop of protein powder. This can be whey protein powder or egg white protein powder that you can purchase at a health food store. Another option is a piece of whole grain bread with almond butter on there or sunflower seed butter. This is a protein with good fat, good fiber, and it is a great source of protein. So together they sort of balance each other out, the carb and the protein are there.

My goal is to promote positive lifestyle changes, this involves alot more then just training. Healthy nutrition is the foundation to good health, training that suits your goals and your body not just lifting heavy weights because that’s what everyone else in the gym does. My excercises are mainly body weight focused for practical application in life ie i want to remain fast be able to walk up steps and not be out of breath. This video is just a quick demonstration to show what you can achieve with lifestyle changes from nutrition, good sleep, regular training and a positive attitude and desire to improve. This video is briefly about the abdominal and Lat region. basic abb excercises to build core strength. Holds (side plank etc) are for 1 minute. Reps are 20 and sets of 4 try and keep rest periods low so you really work yourself. These are not weight loss excercises. Cardio and healthy balanced diet are for weight loss and general good health. message me for more hints and tips. Your body your health.
