Leo at Zen Habits says you should do as little as possible, like 2 minutes of exercise. Another thing you can do is decide that drinking 2 cups of water first thing in the morning, or eat a healthy breakfast of oatmeal and a banana. You can decide to park the car farther away at work or getting off a train one stop early. The fact is that you should not do these things not only today and tomorrow, and again without saying anything to make your brain more resistant to these things the next day, now has two years and is time. Three weeks from now that you have returned to life with lots of small changes that do not even think are possible today. This is the best way to start this step in a process of time. Do not even look at the objectives of this just to get ideas and write them and then take the easiest and most do today. Say you want to improve their health. You can probably find things to 50 along the lines stretching while watching TV tonight, or topic. If you want to spend less money than you might think, big dinner tonight and make some dough and make leftovers tomorrow, I love you leftovers.

The fact is you just go out and make small changes is the only way to any goal. If you want to lose 100 pounds or do the Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii that there is no way you could start to form the nucleus, we must start with small steps and go up. The human mind resists change and if you cheat with these small changes that you will succeed to the brain indicating that the numbers change. small changes make a big difference
