begin each movement encorperating day, for half an hour, walking, sports team competition, so step by cutting out the junk food and vegetables, dinner plate to eat 500 calories. I was the first two weeks and stone half. After nearly three weeks after the initial loss of weight that you lost something! This is the muscle to get it? I do not think I can eat, because I go to bed hungry, I have exhausted my body and exercise. Help!
