yeah man, im going on a 3 watermelons a day, with chia, sunflower and kale. i only have 2 hours a day to eat and i have homogentistic acid in my joints. its a type of arthritis called pseudogout that has to do with acromegaly and alkaptonuria.

I simply love your videos! I eat raw for few days but only for about 50 per cent. I still feel I need cooked food once a day – soups, cooked vegetables. Instead of it I feel more more better! Maybe once day I will be 100 percent on raw food…. I’d love to
Dan I love your videos and everything you stand for. My grandfather lived until he was 100 years and 2 days. Everyday he ate a fully cooked breakfast – bacon, sausages, eggs etc.. Hated fruit and never drank H20. He had one alcoholic drink every day too??!! xx

my grand father leaved 92 years never been in doctor office. what he eat ? Meat and vegetables and fruits, no diary or modified food. up to his 80 s. he was perfectly healthy and still teaching math in school. only secret. proportion and order of food that you put in to ur mouth.

You have to be careful how you eat. You can still get all the calories you need, but nutritional needs are more complicated than just calories. You shouldn’t make any transition in diet all at once. You should read about nutrition. You should get an adult involved too, at least to supervise your efforts. The first step should be cutting out or reducing overly processed foods.

Hah. I have been raw for five days. So there’s two of us. And I had one bad green drink on Wednesday. It was a BAD green drink with some strange green fruit my Mom sent home to me that neither one of us had ever seen before. It was an alien species. I blame food poisoning. What’s helped me is eating whatever fruit I want whenever I want. I feel all better.
I am doing the heal all tea and cant stop blowing snot either ! clear never ending snot !

@1204justice You just need a few tools. A juicer or a blender. I prefer a blender as you can keep the fibre and make fruit smoothies, green smoothies, raw soups, salad dressings, and even ice-cream. I have some easy raw vegan smoothie recipes on my channel you can check out too.
Raw Green curry paste: Fresh Garlic, Green paprikas, Fresh Ginger, Green serrano chilis, Green bell pepper, lemon grass, coriander, lime zest (& juice lil bit), lil bit cilantro, alternative sweetener (sugar, agave…) . Cut in pieces & take bad parts off. Put in blender. SAUCE: Take couple of tea spoons, but in blender with coconut milk. Thats it! Eat With somekind of vegetables like zucchini & eggplants.
