Also, I have a question. I was on a week long ski trip, and from the second day onwards I lost my appetite completely and I still haven’t gotten it back. I used to have an eating disorder but I’m recovered and this loss feels more sickening than purposeful.

i always crve bacon after a big night… its not good, but it makes me feel better.
But during the weekdays i tend to crave sweet snacks alot, im still trying to find the best way to curve this craving such as dried apricot
I used to run regularly (3~4x a week) but with school starting and all, it’s been hard to squeeze in my favorite form of cardio-running! any ideas on how to squeeze in that cardio in a quick fix?
ps: I do take dance classes at school (ballet&jazz) but we do mostly stretching and strength training and I’m craving some hardcore cardio!

You and Jillian Michael look wonderful and fit everyday, keep those great healhty tips and continue to keep obesity away. My question for you is..I’m not a real water drinker, it’s boring no taste,I say, so I replaced it with Cystal Light,its delicious, I drink the pink lemonade almost everyday. Is this drink alright replacing water I say?, can this be bad for my body please help a.s.a.p ok =)

@riotgrrrrl1288 that’s not so much a lack of nutrient but more of a sugar addiction… try avoiding it for at least 5 days and see if you still crave it.
