This is great got the dvd and I’ve been drinking more water and doing intervals. At first I could only walk during the 20min workout and now I’m running in place. Don’t have space for the chairs but I’m still burning off the calories and fat. Besides that I feel great. I have twice the energy that I used to have before using the dvd.. thank you I”m well on my way to looking good naked lol

i am doing one of his plan to get ripped in 56 days and its been 2 weeks and i have lost a total of 4.5 kg it works i have been doing everything that he said
