2 questions:
1. So, if seeing a visible 6 pack is to lose body fat, then what’s the point of ab exercises?
2. Once you get 6 pack abs after losing your body fat, how will you gain muscle? It is said you have to eat a lot, which can add a little bit of fat. Am I just going to have to quit the muscle gaining process, lose the fat again, then gain more muscle and the cycle will just continue?

ok ok I got a question…. How do you get rid of excess skin I use to be really over weight 300lb and now 156lb but I have excess skin so my abs dont show. I work then out like crazy and my body fat percentage is between 7 and 9 % body fat idk the scale gives mix readings. my skin has lost its elasticity and sags what do you rekomend

I know guys who can lift 120lb bench, 30lb dumbbell and do a 100 pressups but dont have a 6 pack cos’ they like beer too much!
