this may be an insult to you , and i dont mean for it to be , but this is like the chicken pizziola that you can get from subway , i love it , its my fav sandwich to get, with alot of parmesan.

You have some of the best healthy recipes on youtube. I also like your simple and easy to follow cooking methods — I actually started baking my chicken breasts (I eat about a lb a day) on 400 F for 20-22 minutes just like you do. Before, I would bake at lower temperatures for longer without consistent results.

Thanks for your kind words. I really don’t count calories. I use the portion method. Allot Easier! But if you notice, the recipe is very basic ingredients;
all in the low fat /low sugar range. Hope that helps.

@parmvirmangat you have a fast matabolism, just like me. you can eat eat eat, as i do, but wont gain weight or muscle really till youre like 18-20ish.
I dont get this because people eating a cheat meal once a week is alot worse than eating 5 extra crackers over maintenance a day…so wont that mean in a year cheat meals will make you gain crazy weight?
if your eating a 100cal surplus and BODYBUILDING then it would be the most minimum fat gain like ever. I used to love your vid’s but it’s just getting ridiculous now

itz not tht easy to get FAT bruvv. i had ham sandwich in morning, 3 double kebab rolls for lunch & large lamb curry wth 3 naans and itz still not helping gainig any weight or fat.

@SmidNessFitness doesn’t matter it’s only water weight and it dehydrates you.
instead of recommending a “trial & error” for your equilibrium, you’re better off simply finding out your BMR, than use an online equation such as the Harris Benedict, which takes into account your level of activity to get your daily maintenance needed to sustain your current weight.
@SmidNessFitness Sauna will not change anything! it will not help u lose fat or wat not. It clears your skin though!

@RussX5Z ofc i dont mind, i’m 17 years old, and yeah, since im a mix of ectomorph and mesomorph my metabolism is very high. when i said that i consume A LOT of calories per day, i mean that i dont eat any vegetables whatsoever and mantain a diet of mcdonals and burger king, 20 hamburgers per month more or less. (i keep gyming sometime like once per week to stay in shape at 10-12% bodyfat, 4pack is still visible.)
Luii didn’t write exactly how big your meal should be did he. It will depend how many food your body actually needs as everybody’s different as you know.
