In this journal I talk about my weight goals and explain what I have done to get rid of 90 pounds in terms of movement and I also explain a buffer zone in terms of my weight.

I’m really impressed after watching some of your early videos when you first decided to lose weight…. How far you’ve come!!

Sharon, I’m a new subscriber and just wanted to say how much I’ve enjoyed watching your videos. I found you by the ‘intuitive eating’ search and you’ve come along at a point in life where it is so interesting to see what works for other people. I just wanted to say thanks for having the courage to put yourself out there for anyone/everyone to view. It must be a true testament to the nature of your character to share your life with us. 1. Do you swim and walk at separate times of the day? Like walk in the a.m. as soon as u get up/swim p.m. when u get home from work?
2. What level of exertion is your walk? Do u work strenuously enough to sweat on every walk? Do u interval train while you’re walking or keep a steady pace for your full hour?

I love the idea you have for ur buffer zone, its a great to have a 10lbs range because as you know ur body can change from month to month anyway with water weight plus like u said if you take a holiday you can let your hair down and still look fab!!!!! I love also how you are so well groomed the little glimps of ur nails……beautiful!!! U have gorgeous shaped lips too and perfect eyebrows….i’m a beautician so i notice these things! Keep up the great videos and all ur hard work x

do you walk on a treadmill or walk outside. I think outside is a better workout if you have a ‘regular’ treadmill, they have some fabulous ones out there now though. I use a treadmill, just dont feel safe outside. I agree with the ‘buffer’ zone. I knew what you meant right away.

the bufferzone isa great idea though I think it’s easier to take laxytibes.

Thanks for the video Sharon! Ever thought of taping your whole swim on walking session and speeding it up…or the dancing with the weights? You should try Zumba with teh toning sticks its so fun to dance to those latin beats and it works really well. If the sticks are too light for you you can use your own weights…TRY IT!
