@nenalyzed Portion? control is the key. One thing I do to help stop cravings is snack on low calorie foods, like vegetables (greens, carrots, cauliflower, etc.), that are very filling and nutrient dense. Drinking water and decaf tea also helps.

other stuff just because you weren’t ‘full’ yet. I tried eating smaller portions (in my case it’s not a huge problem but I do over indulge with some foods) but I always ended up hungry after a while (or maybe not hungry but you crave for food because it didn’t satisfy enough. thanx so? much for this JB!
apple pie is not a fruit?? oh no no no! but it’s soooo good! I actually tried? apple pie ice cream a while ago. All I can tell you is: it tastes like apple pie. I don’t need ice cream that is exactly like apple pie. haven’t had any apple pie since. It makes me think of the ice cream. portion control is a problem (in the way that it’s really difficult to figure out what a proper portion is. a portion that is way too much is obvious, but if you eat a portion that is too small you’ll end up eating
