@mr420ing I think it depends on when you train. I usually do strength training about an hour after I break fast or after I eat Zahur but when it’s still dark out? so I can drink water. I don’t think its against ramadan rules. If that were the case a lot of people would not work if they have strenuous jobs. They’d just take that month off.
You are cool man! Thanks for the info! I’ve been doing cardio just before breaking fast, you think that is ok? I did have to eat more because my body started to protest and? I didn’t lose weight for about a week until I upped my calories. I am basically following the diet plan you have already except I add carbs and dairy. I eat 2 eggs, 2 peices of toast w/ cheese and grapes in the morning and protein, carbs and veggies at night. Thanks again man!
@blakasassin1 you kind of just force yourself. Before you drink soda, kind of just force? yourself to drink a glass of water before. and keep trying that. Ask yourself, are you thristy? If you’re not, then don’t drink soda. But always drink a glass of water first. Just slowly decrease the amount you drink of soda.
