Comment Below on more you want to see. This is a video describing 3 simple tips for losing weight in a healthy and easy (simple) way. Don’t need to spend extra money or get crazy! Of course this isn’t everything but these are the one’s I feel any one can do immediately. Weight Loss Tips #1- Drink Water. As much as you can all day! #2- Eat Protein. Eat more meat, legumes (beans), or any type of healthy protein (seafood, shakes, eggs). #3- NO CARBS. This is the hardest but if you can, don’t eat things like bread, rice, potatoes, and white foods. *Remember, this is a temporary life style. I personally follow this most of the time but let loose during weekends cuz I have to have my rice! I learned much of what I talk about in terms of health from a life time of obsession but give ton’s of credit to the author and book below. Tim Ferris- the 4 Hour Body

Seriously? Drink cold water to boost metabolism in the morning? I think not. Drink tons of water throughout the day to help you keep a feeling of fullness and flush your system continually but not to boost metabolism. Body doesn’t “breakdown” water like other macronutrients; protein, fats, carbs, etc. Tip; don’t eat refined sugars unless you do it immediately after heavy weightlifting. Lift weights first, then do fat burning like fast walk heartrate appx. 120 to 140. Check w/doctor.
R u sure of the part of drinking cold water right when u wake up cause I’ve heard exactly the opposite and at the part where u should eat meat right at the morning… is it actually 100 % true?
I know from another video that you and judy are replacing rice with quinoa. Any tips on how to make it delicious? Coz quinoa definitely doesn’t look as nice/tasty as white rice…. which I think is mainly why most of us (Asians) still stick with white rice even though we know it’s not the healthiest grain to be consumed.
