Do not search to good meal strategy to eliminate bodyweight?
Looking for weight loss by Angela group
: What is my plan a good meal
and I’m 5’7 and 175 pounds (1 pound loss last week ). I exercise six days a week. 15 minutes 20-30 minutes of weight lifting, and function of the heart and lungs. I really want to get down to 135 or 140. I did not set a timetable, I just do not want to lose in a healthy way to lose weight.
Breakfast: shake (bananas, frozen tofu, skim milk, and flax seeds ground)
and snacks: apples, peanut butter, 1 tablespoon, and green tea
Lunch: tomato soup, water, cheese, grilled (cheese, low fat, whole wheat bread, butter and pot flavor spray PAM, so the bread and butter does not)
Snack: Wan Chai, tea and cakes root stock
and snacks: orange
Dinner: chicken breast and broccoli sprinkled braggs amino, peas and carrots
and I am 25 years old (! the mother of the boy busy at 2)

works throw in power. Leafy greens, and will allow you to get hungry. You do not want to eat too much, it is easy to digest, or you will not stick to it.
