I am getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow so I wanted to make a video before I have surgery and would look like a chipmunk. Anyway, this is a delicious easy to make recipe that is always a good snack that tastes like you’re cheating on your diet. There are only 3 ingredients (skim milk, protein powder, and oats). @jgizzy what do you recommend for skinny guys wanting to put on healthy muscle and weight? I just started taking cytogainer to supplement my diet. I was using whey protein but the results were average so I’m looking for something to jump start my Summer work out. I think skinnier guys need more of the fatty stuff what do you think?

At that heat your over cooking the chicken otherwise good meal.
Can i season it with tumeric?kinda more appetizing when the meat has some sort of a spicy smell to it
@orks2 No, I think Olive Oils burn out temp is 480 degrees. Dont quote me but i think its that.
The oil would lose it’s positive properties once heated, no?
Is that enough for diner? Aren’t you still hungry only eating 2 pieces of meat?

Answer me this…you say that pic is you right?….how come never once do you take your shirt off….sure your lean…and it looks like u have a fair amount of muscle but that doesnt mean your shredded like the person in that picture…same with brad campbell ive seen that guy in ONE PICTURE and he was sucking his diaphram in as much as possible…like to honest i think u have no idea what your talking about….carve up warm squash from the microwave and eat it? thats NOTHING LIKE PASTA AT ALL!
