@915olivares1 Dont’ give up. You need a 500 calorie deficit every day (on average) to lose one pound of fat each week. That may not sound like “fast fat loss” but if you’re CONSISTENT the fat loss is AUTOMATIC. The tips that Dr. Brian Wansink gives in the interview I mentioned earlier make weight loss simple and automatic. When you combine those tips with high intensity, SHORT DURATION resistance training (weight training) your results will be even faster. Let me know if you have questions!
@915olivares1 A fat loss eating strategy that works well for many people is something called “calorie cycling”. What you do is eat “CLEAN” for 3 consecutive days. Sounds like you’re already doing that. Every fourth day you increase calorie intake by 250 – 400 calories. Easing up on the strictness of your eating regimen. ok, i eat my first meals in the morning at 7:15am is that bad, and the foods i eat is,egg whites, onions, green pepper, tomato,vegetable, oatmeal, whey protein, and skinless chicken breast, and one fiber cereal, so do i need what else cause i seam to not seeing some results… what other advised u can give me…
