@Coolest239 I wouldn’t consider any type of cereal a good fat burning option. Steel cut oatmeal or organice whole oats would be a good recommendation for your cereal choice. They are a great source of nutrition, but not necessarily used for a fast fat burn.

@KOOLCAT1226 The best thing to do would be to get into a routine for breakfast. Chose Oatmeal, low fat yogurt, or anyt healthy choice that fits your taste and schedule. You’ll get there.
